Office Culture Curator

Wanderlust is a leader in mindful living, with a renowned series of annual festival events featuring yoga and the arts, an experiential agency, and multiple permanent yoga centers. Our mission is to help people find their true north — to cultivate their best selves.

We are looking for someone who can help us find our true north at our Brooklyn, NY headquarters. We’re looking for a self-motivated people person who and loves to create fun for others. There’s no job that’s too big or too small for our ideal candidate. You’ll organize our office, curate healthy snacks, make design and décor decisions, brew delicious artisanal coffee, plan outings and nighttime events, organize relationships (and discounts) with local health & wellness businesses, and generally improve the quality of life for all NYC employees.

Here are some things you will be responsible to do day-to-day:    

  • Help to cultivate and maintain the Wanderlust culture in accordance with our mission and values through fun team-inspired activities.
  • Organize and execute monthly office events to build internal team morale.
  • Organize occasional executive and staff retreats.
  • Help onboard new hires and off-board exiting employees.
  • Maintain recycling and composting systems and reduce waste.
  • Manage amenities – delicious & healthy snacks, coffee, tea, kombucha – as well as supplies and equipment for both Brooklyn HQ and LA office.
  • Organize weekly all-team meetings as video conference and facilitate weekly executive meetings.
  • Troubleshoot and provide basic employee support for technology (phones, Google Drive, email, etc.)
  • Oversee office maintenance needs, including kitchen area, equipment repairs and improvements.
  • Manage incoming mail.
  • Provide basic support to the CEO, including light scheduling and administrative work.
  • This is a full-time position based at our headquarters in Brooklyn, NY. You will report directly to the CEO and work in collaboration with the HR Director.


  • 4-year college degree.
  • Recent college graduate or 1-2 years of similar work experience preferred.
  • Must be a collaborative team player
  • Strong verbal (phone) and written skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • An outgoing, positive personality.
  • Basic understanding of computers and software (Google Apps experience a plus).
  • Able to communicate across all departments and levels with professionalism.
  • A willingness and desire to help others become more efficient and happy.
  • Passionate about yoga and Wanderlust’s mission and values.
